Tuition

The River School anticipates future tuition in line with other private secondary schools in the area. 

The River School will strive to be affordable to families of all income levels.  We look forward to providing scholarships to students with financial need when we have the resources to do so. 

Tuition for all students for 2011 -2012:
$3750    Fall semester
$3750    Spring semester

Please note that tuition rates for new students may go up slightly after the 2010-2011 school year, but we hope to keep tuition in this price range, which is the low end of private secondary schools in the area.

Payment policy

While we urge full year tuition payments (at a 5% discount) for those who can, families may choose to make ten monthly payments through an intermediary billing organization, interest free. A $1000 down payment is the first payment, and is due upon enrollment.  

A late fee of $20 will be charged for any late payments.  If payment is not made within two weeks of the due date, the student will not be allowed to continue to attend until payment has been brought up to date.

We are a small school and cannot afford to be casual about tuition payment. Emergency requests for exemptions may be brought before the River School board.
